  • ART APPROVALS: NEED TO BE RETURNED BACK WITHIN 48 HOURS TO KEEP YOUR JOB ON TRACK.

  • FROM YOUR ORIGINAL SCHEDULED DATE: IF THERE IS ANY ART CHANGES, PRODUCT NOT IN HOUSE, MISSING PRODUCT, OR DELAY ON ART APPROVAL.YOU WILL HAVE 2 CHOICES.

 

1) A NEW DATE WILL BE ASSIGNED MEETING THE 7-10 DAY TURN AROUND TIME FROM GARMENT IN HOUSE AND ART APPROVAL.

2) APPROVAL OF ADDING RESERVATION FEE IF DECORATION TIME PERMITS.

  • RE ORDERS TYPICALLY MOVE FASTER: IN THE PRODUCTION SYSTEM. 

  • FOR RE-ORDERS OR REPEAT JOBS: YOU WILL GET A JOB TICKET AND THAT ORDER GOES STRAIGHT INTO PRODUCTION.

DISCHARGE INKS ARE DISCARDED AFTER USE DUE TO THE PROCESS. RE ORDER JOBS MAY VARY USING WATER BASE OR DIS-CHARGE PRINTING METHODS.

  • 4-5COLOR PROCESS OR CMYK PRINTING: THIS IS PROBABLY THE MOST COMPLEX OF THE PRINTING PROCESSES. INDEED, THIS TYPICALLY WORKS GREAT ON PAPER AND ON-SCREEN, BUT GETTNG THE IMAGE ONTO FABRIC CAN BE ENTIRELY DIFFERENT BEAST. OUR LIMITATIONS WIH THIS PROCESS ARE MOSTLY DUE TO SUBSTRATE THICKNESS, FLEXIBILITY AND COLOR. WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR OUTCOME OF POOR IMPRINTS. EDUCATE YOUR CUSTOMER AND MAKE SURE THEY ARE AWARE OF THE PROCESS. WE HAVE CURRENTLY SWITCHED OVER DOING CMYK IN WATER BASE INKS. WE FOUND THAT THE COLOR ACCURACY IS A LOT BETTER THAN TRADITIONAL PLASTISOL INKS. WE ALWAYS RECOMMEND A PRE PRODUCTION PROOF IF TIME PERMITS. (SEE COST ON PREPRODUCTION SAMPLE ON 1ST AGE)

  • SCREEN PRINT TRANSFERS ARE A MORE TRADITIONAL WAY TO PRINT. SCREEN PRINTING IS A GREAT PRINTING PROCESS THAT HAS BEEN AROUND FOREVER. 

  • DTF IS EXCITING NEW DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY: THAT IS STILL EMERGING. WHILE SCREEN PRINT TRANSFERS CAN BE SPOT COLORS (1, 2, OR 3 COLORS) OR FULL COLOR (CMYK + WHITE), DTF IS EXCLUSIVELY FULL COLOR. DIRECT TO FILM OR DTF IS A PROCESS THAT TRANSFERS PRINTS ONTO FABRIC OR OTHER SUBSTRATES USING A HEAT-PRESS MECHANISM. 

  • UNLIKE THE DTG METHOD:, WHICH ONLY WORKS ON COTTON FABRICS, THE PRINTER DTF METHOD CAN WORK ON COTTON AND POLY BLENDS. DTF PRINTS ARE MORE DURABLE THAN VINYL OR SCREEN-PRINTED DESIGNS. THE INK IS ACTUALLY BONDED TO THE FABRIC, SO IT WON'T CRACK, PEEL, OR FADE LIKE OTHER METHODS. DTF PRINTS CAN ALSO WITHSTAND MULTIPLE WASHES WITHOUT LOSING THEIR COLOR OR QUALITY.

  • JUST LIKE CMYK PRINTING: THE PRINTERS PRODUCING DTF TRANSFERS PRINT WITH CMYK INK ADN PRINTS A WHITE BASE. COLOR REPRODUCTION MAY NOT ALWAYS APPEAR LIKE THE ARTWORK YOU SEND US. IT IS NOT CAPABLE OF PANTONE COLORS , BUT THE DETAIL AND THE RESULTS OF A PERFECT GRAPHIC ART WITH NO HALFTONES AND SMALL DETAIL BRINGS ALLOT OF PROS IN THIS NEW TECHNOLOGY.

  • WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR COLOR VARIATIONS OF DTF TRANSFERS: WE HAVE MADE IT CHEAP ENOUGH TO DO A SAMPLE  RUN SHIRT FOR YOU OR YOUR CUSTOMER TO GET A PHYSICAL SAMPLE TO OK ON IF TIME PERMITS. DEFIANTLY IS AN ADVANTAGE TO GIVE THIS NEW TECHNOLOGY A TRY.

WARNING- POLYESTER FABRICS MAY SUFFER FROM DYE MIGRATION. THIS AFFECTS BOTH INK AND VINYL IMPRINTS. IN SOME CASES THIS IS BEYOND OUR CONTROL. WE WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR DYE MIGRATION. SPECIAL POLY INKS ARE USED WHENEVER POSSIBLE, BUT COLOR SELECTION IS LIMITED.

  • ADDITIONAL COSTS: DUE TO DELAYS OR IMPAIRED PRODUCTION BECAUSE OF IMPROPER PACKING OR QUALITY OF GOODS FURNISHED BY BUYER SHALL BE CHARGED TO BUYER AT PREVAILING SHOP RATES. ANY GOODS SUPPLIED BY BUYER ARE AT HIS RISK BASED ON DIFFERENCES IN WASH FASTNESS AND ABSORPTION QUALITIES OF FIBERS. ANY GARMENTS SUPPLIED BY BUYER SHALL BE IMPRINTED AT BUYER’S RISK.

  • PLEASE NOTE: THAT NOT ALL GARMENTS HAVE A SURFACE TEXTURE AND SIZE SUITABLE FOR SCREEN PRINTING. SEND YOUR CUSTOMER SUPPLIED GARMENTS AT YOUR OWN RISK! STAGE 3 PRINTING WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MISPRINTS ON CUSTOMER SUPPLIED GARMENTS. STAGE 3 PRINTING WILL REPLACE ANY MISPRINTED GARMENTS THAT WE DECIDE ARE TRULY “MISPRINTED” THAT WERE FIRST PURCHASED AS BLANKS THROUGH STAGE 3 PRINTING. REPLACEMENT SHIRTS WILL NOT EXACT, AND ONLY CLOSE TO STYLE FROM ONE OF OUR VENDOR STOCK ITEMS.

  • PRINTING TOLERANCE:  1/2 INCH MOVEMENT TOLERANCE IS ACCEPTABLE IN ANY DIRECTION PER IMPRINT FOR SCREEN PRINTING. 1/4INCH FOR EMBROIDERY.

MAUFACTURE DEFECTS

GARMENTS AND MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

  • OVERRUNS AND UNDER-RUNS: SCREEN PRINTING IS AN ART FORM, AND WE DO OUR VERY BEST TO DELIVER, AT MINIMUM, THE ORDERED QUANTITY FOR EACH AND EVERY SIZE ON YOUR ORDER. HOWEVER, PRINTING MISTAKES HAPPEN, SCREENS CAN BREAKDOWN DURING PRODUCTION OR SHIRTS MAY ARRIVE WITH STAINS OR HOLES FROM THE MANUFACTURER. FOR THAT REASON, WE HAVE AN UNDER/OVER RUN ALLOWANCE. THIS IS SIMPLY AN ACCEPTABLE MARGIN OF ERROR. UNDER-RUNS ARE NOT TO EXCEED THE INDUSTRY STANDARD OF 2%. ALL ORDERS WITHIN THE UNDER/OVER RUN ALLOWANCE OF THE ORDERED QUANTITY WILL BE CONSIDERED ACCEPTABLE FOR DELIVERY. FOR THIS REASON, 

  • STAGE 3 PRINTING WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE: FOR PROFIT LOSS ON UNDER RUNS. IF REQUESTED, IN THE EVENT OF AN UNDER RUN GREATER THAN OUR UNDER/OVER RUN ALLOWANCE, WE WILL REPRINT THE REMAINING QUANTITY OR AN APPROPRIATE CREDIT WILL BE MADE FOR THE UNDER AMOUNT.

  • CUSTOMER SUPPLIED GARMENTS: GOODS ON WHICH PRINTING IS TO BE DONE AND FURNISHED BY BUYER SHALL BE PROPERLY PREPARED, (FREE FROM PLASTIC PACKAGING, DIRT OR TORN FABRIC) AND OF PROPER QUALITY FOR PRINTING REQUIREMENTS.

  • MANUFACTURE DEFECTS:STAGE 3 PRINTING IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MANUFACTURER DEFECTS SUCH AS GARMENT COLOR INCONSISTENCIES, MISLABELED SIZES, BAD STITCHING, OR OTHER GARMENT DEFECTS. WE DO OUR BEST TO TRY TO INSPECT THE GARMENTS AS THEY ARE PRINTED, BUT WE CANNOT GUARANTEE EACH GARMENT. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND ORDERING 5% EXTRA OF EACH SIZE TO AVOID THE POSSIBILITY OF MANUFACTURER DEFECTS CAUSING ISSUES WITH YOUR NEEDED QUANTITIES. 

  • MERCHANDISE LEFT IN HOUSE: UNCLAIMED WITHIN 30 DAYS WILL BE DONATED TO LOCAL CHARITIES.
